    Delta Family Center is comprised of: The Backpack Program, The Backpack Early Learning Academy(BELA Preschool), and The Family Resource Center. The Backpack Program is FREE and open to all 3-5 year olds in Delta County. The BELA Preschool has locations in Delta, Cedaredge, Hotchkiss, and Paonia. With partner preschools in Cedaredge and Crawford. The Family Resource Center provides numerous child and adult activities through a variety of services.
